1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the electrical services provided by Burbank Electric LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Burbank Electric LLC provides professional electrical services including but not limited to:

• Residential electrical work
• Commercial electrical work
• Panel upgrades and electrical panel services
• Generator installation and maintenance
• EV charging station installation
• Lighting installation and repair
• Emergency electrical services

All services are performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are based on the information provided and our assessment of the work required. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during the project.

3.2 Project Authorization

Work begins only after you have approved a written estimate or service agreement. By authorizing work, you agree to pay the agreed-upon amount upon completion.

3.3 Changes to Scope

Any changes to the original scope of work will be documented and may result in additional charges. We will notify you of any changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Deposits

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement.

4.3 Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions.

5.2 Equipment Warranties

Equipment and materials installed are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in processing warranty claims, but manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

5.3 Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE RESULTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BURBANK ELECTRIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Burbank Electric LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

8. Safety and Access

8.1 Site Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area. You must inform us of any known hazards, including asbestos, mold, or structural issues.

8.2 Electrical Safety

For your safety, do not attempt to repair or modify electrical work while we are performing services. Follow all safety instructions provided by our technicians.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Projects canceled after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

10. Website Use

10.1 Permitted Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services and contact us for projects.

10.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with its operation.

If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Nassau County, Florida.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Burbank Electric LLC regarding your use of our website and services.
